These terms and conditions are applicable to the acquisition of any online or physical course. Before booking an Online Course or in-person classes, please read these terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy for your purposes.

If a dispute occurs between our Website Disclaimer, the terms and conditions, and any Course Specific Terms and Conditions for both Online and in-person Course, please refer the following points.

DEFINITIONS:

“Confidential Information” refers to written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable, or other forms of files , documents provided by one party to the other about the other party’s business, clients, suppliers, finances, and other aspects of the other party’s business or products, including the course details. However, it does not include information that is already in the public domain due to the disclosing party’s default, information that is required to be disclosed by a court of the land , or information that is already in the disclosing party’s custody or control.

Intellectual property rights refers to Intellectual property that covers any original ideas, designs, discoveries, inventions and creative work produced by an individual or group. Copyright, trademark, patent and design are a few of the most common of IP protection.

“you” means the individual purchasing the Services.

“Services.”- The supply of the Online Course and/or the in-person Course and/or the Course Materials, as well as any other services agreed upon from time to time and purchased by you through the Website or by telephone or in-person.

“Online Course” means the delivery by Career Planet Education of an online course which you learn course remotely.

“In-Person classes” means a course taught by us in a classroom setting to which you attend in person.

“Course Materials” – any information provided by Career Planet Education as a part of the course services to the students in the form of physical or E-copies.

“Fees” means the fees paid by you for Career Planet Education Services.

By clicking the “Submit” button on our website, you agree to the terms of this agreement, which will bind you. Kindly avoid buying if you are not clear about services we offer.

  THE SERVICES:


• - On our Website, you may find a description of the Services we offer. We will deliver the Services with reasonable care and skill as per the Website’s description.
• - Without prior notice, we have the right to modify or discontinue any of the Services mentioned on the Website.
• - We advise you to check your requirements and eligibility before buying the services. We offer no assurances to you that your purchase and completion of any of the Services will result in a specific result, professional qualification, or employment opportunity.

  ORDERING SERVICES
Purchasing Services via the Website


• (I) To purchase any of the Services online you must register for an account with us via the Website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your user name and password.
Purchasing Services via the Telephone

• (II) To purchase a Service over the telephone please call 971 4 835 7252 . You do not need to have registered for an account with us to purchase any of the Services over the telephone.
• (III) When you place an order for a Service over the Website or over the phone, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Career Planet Education reserves the right to cancel or deny your order, or any part of it, at any time until it has been confirmed in accordance as per below.
  
  • - (a) accepted your offer to acquire Services from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase
  • - (b) received payment of the appropriate Fees from you by section 5 below, a legally enforceable agreement between us and you will come into existence.
• (IV) We will call you to confirm receipt of your order for Services after we receive it over the Website or over the phone.
• (V) Career Planet Education does not book any examinations with any professional body or examination board and is not responsible for doing so. It is your obligation to arrange any essential exams that you desire to take before the applicable closing date, which may or may not be related to the subject matter of the Services offered to you by Career Planet Education.

  FEES :


• I) The Fees for the Services shall be as set out on the Website or as told to you over the telephone at the time you placed an order for them. The Fees on our products and services are subjected to change without prior notice. With effect from January 1st 2018, 5% VAT will be applicable on all our products and services.
• II) All Fees are exclusive of any payments payable to any professional body for registration and examination admission unless otherwise noted on the Website. You must pay these fees directly to the relevant professional body or examination board, and we take no responsibility or obligation if you do not arrange your exam with the appropriate professional body or examination board.
• III) Fees for the Service selected by you on the Website or purchased over the telephone shall be debited from your credit/debit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full before you attend any Course.
• IV) Any fees levied by your debit or credit card issuer in connection with your purchase of Services are your responsibility, and Career Planet Education is not liable for them.
• V) You are responsible for any and all fees incurred as a result of your participation at any In-Person Classes or access to any Online Course.

  RESERVATION OF SEATS :
Reservation of class seats will only be confirmed upon receipt of non –refundable registration fee. The available seats are limited and will be filled in first come first serve basis.

  LIABILITY :


• I) No part of the provision of the Services shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice.
• II) Although Career Planet Education strives to provide the Services to the highest industry standards, neither management nor its trainers accept any liability for any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the programs or Course Materials, and any reliance by Client on such information, any loss or corruption of data, any loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill, or any inability to provide the Services to the highest industry standards.

  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


• I) All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses, and trainer speeches during In-Person Classes, whether adapted, written for, or tailored for the student or not, are and remain the intellectual property of Career Planet Education or its licensors.
II)You are not authorized to:-
• (a) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, podcast ,transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission.
• (b) record on video or audiotape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or taught Course given
• (c) use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third-party trainer.
• (d) remove any copyright or other notice of Career Planet Education on the Course Materials.
• (e) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.

  CONFIDENTIALITY


• I) Each party shall keep the other party’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for these terms and conditions, and shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.
• II) To get counsel from its legal and other professionals, either party may divulge Confidential Information.
• III) This clause will remain in effect even if these terms and conditions are terminated.

  TERMINATION


• I) We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect if you:
• - fail to pay when due to your Fees.
• - act aggressively, bullying, offensively, threateningly, or harassing toward any Career Planet Education employee, any teacher or lecturer who conducts the Classes, or any student who attends any of the classes with you.
• - Any work that you are required to create or submit in connection with the Services, or any examination taken in connection with the Services, should not be plagiarised.
• - Intentionally or recklessly cause damage to our property, our staffers’ property, or the property of other students on our grounds.
• - Are intoxicated through alcohol or illegal drugs while on our premises;
• II) On termination clause (liability), (intellectual property rights), (confidentiality), and (restrictions) shall continue notwithstanding such termination.

  ASSIGNMENT
Any Services provided by us under these terms and conditions are personal to you and are not transferable or assignable to anyone else.

Without previous notice to you, we reserve the right to assign these terms and conditions to any other company.

We may assign, transfer, sub-contract any of our rights, services, or obligations to any third party at our discretion.

  ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, along with the Website Disclaimer and the Course Specific Terms and Conditions, constitute the complete agreement between the parties and supersede any earlier written or oral agreements or arrangements. You confirm that you did not enter into these or any other terms and conditions with us based on any representations. The liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation is not limited by this clause or the terms and conditions.
